At Wellspring we are blessed to have such a dedicated, positive, and passionate team. Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic our team has remained innovative as we creatively work to meet the needs of our STARS and our families. In order to best meet those needs and with our mission in mind, we are pleased to announce some very exciting staffing changes and additions.
Regina Siddiqui, Cindy Bray, and Pamela Shields- all brilliant members of our Program Team have taken on leadership roles as Team Leads. The each work to help problem solve any issues that arise among their cohort and working collaboratively to enhance the STARS’ experience while we navigate the ever changing circumstances of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
We learned in April of 2020 that an Online Program was not only possible, but that it could be so much more than we ever dreamed of! We are excited to announce that Caitlin Madden is going to be taking lead of our online programming as the Virtual Program Manager. Since we shifted to online programming last April, Caitlin has taken on numerous leadership opportunities as well as teaching some STAR favorites like Paint and Sip and Spanish. We are very excited about the future growth of this program, stay tuned!
Last fall, we onboarded two Program Supports! Bethany Marti and James Ruden help our teachers keep classes running smoothly. As soon as we are able to safely provide transportation to more of our STARS, you may see one of them at your bus stop! They each have jumped right in and have become very valuable members of our team.
