Wellspring & Co. Coffee Cart
Wellspring & Co. Coffee is excited to launch its next venture: a coffee cart this Saturday at Wellspring’s Bowl-A-Rama. Wellspring first dreamed of a coffee cart in 2020 and now almost three and a half years later, it is a reality!
This coffee cart has been a labor of love. Beginning in February of this year, nine program participants joined in the effort to make this dream come to fruition in their Coffee Cart Class. The class collaborated and thought through every detail including: budgeting, marketing, branding, purchasing items, creating the menu, and beyond.
Mike shared, “I think the process has been a work in progress and we are a team. It has been about using the skills of teamwork.”
Matthew particularly enjoyed dreaming about what the coffee cart would look like. “My favorite thing was doing the designs; my design had an umbrella on top.” Though the Wellspring & Co. coffee cart does not currently include an umbrella, he is excited about how it has turned out.
Everyone in the class is thrilled to see their hard work come to life. Though Chenoa feels a little nervous, she is confident saying, “I think it will do great at the Bowl-A-Rama.”
Wellspring participants are looking forward to serving you and the opportunities for connection. “This helps us meet new people and interact with customers and try something new,” Damon shared. Club 21
Club 21 is a social evening for adults with I/DD and everyone is invited! Attendees do not need to be Wellspring participants but do need to register for the event in advance. Keep your eyes peeled for more information about registration and volunteer sign-ups in the June Newsletter.

Bowl-A-Rama
Bowl-A-Rama is THIS Saturday, May 20th at Main Event (64 Centennial Blvd., Highlands Ranch) from 8:30AM-12:00PM. It is going to be SO MUCH FUN! To those of your who have already donated to this event, thank you for investing in our program and the potential of adults with I/DD. To our fundraisers- THANK YOU for sharing your story with others and spreading the word about Wellspring.
