I joined Wellspring because I believe deeply that our communities are deeper, richer and stronger when all individual's voices and attributes are seen, valued and empowered. I love working every day where we get to center our STARS, creating spaces where who they are gets to shine and be shared with our broader community.

Michelle Cattapan
Office Manager

Michelle Cattapan is the Office Administrative Coordinator. Michelle has had many hats in working with children, but most recently worked for the Army at Ft Carson's Warrior Transition Battalion in the Adaptive Recondition Program for wounded or ill soldiers. In another life, she was a gemologist and loves to make jewelry as a result. Michelle is crazy about animals, especially her pups, and enjoys being with her dogs and baking.

Sarah Deakin
Art Studio Manager

Sarah Deakin is our Art Studio manager. She helps our STARS learn how to create beautiful art through ceramics and woodworking. Before Wellspring, Sarah was a house painter and a basketball coach. Sarah is a Colorado native and has a homemade trailer. She loves to hike, camp, rock climb and road bike in the mountains with her husband Nathan. Moab is a favorite destination and ultimate frisbee is a favorite sport. Sarah clearly likes to have fun and her passion for life is evident in her bubbling personality! Her favorite coffee is a cold sweet cream and she loves to eat sushi!

Whitney Kurka
Resource Coordinator

Whitney Kurka is a Resource Coordinator here at Wellspring and provides quality oversight of each STARS' services and care while maintaining HCPF compliance standards. Whitney has worked with people with disabilities since she was 16. From being a CNA, to direct ABA therapy with children, to case management with a CCB she is happiest when her life is being enriched by others. Whitney loves spending time with family and friends experiencing cultural events.

Liz Kutt
Communications Coordinator

Liz Kutt is the Communications Coordinator at Wellspring. She loves confetti, breakfast food, getting outside and soccer. Before Wellspring, she worked at Children’s Hospital on the Oncology Unit, then at Respite Care, Inc. It was at Respite Care, Inc. that she discovered her love for working with individuals with special needs. Liz grew up in Castle Rock and recently moved back to be closer to family. On the weekends, you’ll find Liz hiking with her husband and dog or doing yoga. Liz is passionate about our USA soccer teams and loves to travel anywhere with a good beach, rich culture, and good food!

Pamela Shields
Lead Program Teacher

Pamela Shields joined our Wellspring team last summer as a program teacher. The STARS love her Chapter Chat classes. Before Wellspring, Pamela was a tutoring business owner, taught diverse preschool and elementary school aged children, and worked with developmentally disabled adults by teaching job skills. Pamela loves enriching the lives and teaching those whom she serves. When not working, Pamela likes to be with her college-aged son, teenage daughter, her husband and her dogs watching movies and listening to music. Pamela loves to be outside and is an animal lover. She also loves to dance, watch baseball, soccer and running.

Jill Magliocco
Program Teacher

Jill Magliocco teaches Art Therapy at Wellspring. In 2014, she and her husband transferred to Colorado from Wisconsin. Before Wellspring, Jill lead art therapy in a long term care dementia unit. She has worked with the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeastern Wisconsin as a consultant assisting long term care facilities in opening their own specialized dementia care units. She was able to stay at home for several years before re-starting her career working with homeschool families. Jill and her husband have two grown children in Minnesota and Wisconsin. On the weekends, you’ll find Jill spending time outdoors with her husband she also loves exploring new ways to be creative!

Alison Weber
Bakery Teacher

Alison teaches in the bakery and and dog bones classes. Before Wellspring, Alison worked with special needs adults in Memphis, TN. Alison loves the beach, going to the lake, hiking, and being outside. Every summer, Alison takes a road trip with her family and has a goal to visit all 50 states! Originally from Alabama, Alison has lived the last 7 plus years in Colorado with her husband and two children.

Brianna Delmont
Bakery Manager

Brianna “Bri” Delmont has a long list of food industry experience that led her to becoming the Wellspring Bakery Manager. From helping on her family’s food trucks, to being a barista, in addition to various bakery experiences as a pastry chef in various settings. She brings a wealth of experience to share with our STARS in bakery class. Bri likes to read, and in her spare time will hang out in her favorite coffee shop, hike with her dog, Milo, and binge watch True Crime. Bri is a sucker for seasonal drinks at Starbucks and also cross stitches.

Natalie Ali
Resource Coordinator

Natalie Ali is one of our incredible resource coordinators at Wellspring. Prior to fulfilling the role of a Resource Coordinator, Natalie was one of our innovative program teachers. During that time, she got to know our STARS as individuals and brings that knowledge to her role as Resource Coordinator. Drawn to the water, Natalie enjoys all the water sports, especially kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, and loves to travel to Hawaii. Her favorite sport to watch is football. On the weekend she loves to be with her teen daughters and Wheaton Terriers. Natalie’s favorite drink is Cinnamon Dolce Latte and she loves Italian and Indian food.

Lyndsie Kenny
Assistant Program Manager

Lynsdie Kenny is our amazing Assistant Program Manager. Lyndsie has taught special education for five years. She loves traveling to the mountains, going on walks with her family, doing home DIY projects and shopping for home décor. Lyndsie is an avid soccer player. She also loves art, music, going to the movies and cooking. Lyndsie is married to her high school sweetheart. They have two adorable children and a sweet pup named Benni.

Kyle Bowen
Program Teacher

Kyle Bowen is a fun loving teacher that engages our STARS in many of our physical fitness classes. Having a learning disability as a child made school very difficult for Kyle growing up. It was a long path, but Kyle eventually graduated from Regis University with a 3.8 GPA. Kyle brings a unique skill set to Wellspring, as he grew up attending special education classes. Kyle's understanding of our STARS and their unqiue needs makes him a STAR favorite.

James Ruden
Program Teacher

James is a naturally curious person and learning is a passion. James is currently pursuing a teaching degree. He also has four years of experience working with special needs children/teens. James was born and raised in a small town in North Dakota. He moved to Colorado in 2007. He is married with a daughter. He has two dogs (Riley and Seamus). He competitively played football for over 10 years. His favorite team is the Minnesota Vikings. James loves anything outdoors, especially fishing. He loves learning about different cultures, history, and science.

Jennifer Kolb
Billing Specialist

Jennifer Kolb is the Billing Specialist at Wellspring and handles all of our medicaid billing. Prior to joining Wellspring, Jennifer had spent 16 years as a stay at home mom. She still dedicates her free time to her kids activities, but you will find her reading or snow skiing if she can.

Leslie Beauchamp
Virtual Program Manager

Leslie Beauchamp is our energetic Dance, Nutrition and Fitness teacher, as well as, our Virtual Program Manager. Leslie's passion for movement, health and fitness are an inspiration to our STARS and give them the tools they need to make wise choices and take good care of themselves. Leslie spends her free time working out at our community partner facility CrossFit. Leslie is a health nut, but even she enjoys pizza and a good pumpkin spice latte every once and a while!

Regina Siddiqui
Program Coordinator

Regina Siddiqui is one of our beloved program teachers. Regina has a Special Education degree and has taught elementary, high school and young adults in various school settings. At Wellspring, Regina teaches many of our learning and enrichment classes and you will often find her working one on one with one of our STARS, helping them complete a knitting or sewing project. Her patience and gentle spirit with our STARS allows them to achieve their goals. When she is not at Wellspring, Regina spends time with her family and friends, cooking, going to concerts, dancing and making jewelry.

Mariah Moore
Special Projects Coordinator

Mariah Moore is the Special Projects Coordinator at Wellspring. She loves being with and working with people with special needs. Before working at Wellspring, Mariah spent six months in India working at an orphanage for children with special needs. Mariah loves to travel and would love to go back to India, as well as explore New Zealand and Ireland. She is a busy mom of twin girls and loves to spend time with them. One will often find Mariah checking out new coffee shops, visiting antique stores, and exploring new trails to walk with her family on the weekends.

Kristin Arzbaecher
Bakery Assistant Manager

Kristin Arzbaecher is the Assistant Bakery Manager here at Wellspring. Before Wellspring, Kristin worked in several different bakery settings, from resorts and restaurants to small scale bakeries. Through her experiences, Kristin learned that she loves the environment of a smaller bakery because it allows her to create unique and one-of-a-kind products for our customers. Kristin is from Milwaukee, and came to Colorado for culinary school. Kristin loves Breckenridge and on the weekend, you’ll find her watching movies or baseball, snowboarding, completing a puzzle, or hanging out with friends and family.

Cindy Bray
Performing Arts Teacher

Cindy Bray is our Performing Arts teacher at Wellspring. Cindy has been a professional actress, singer and choreographer in the greater Denver area since graduating college. She has worked in many of the local theatres throughout the front range. She has also co-choreographed several shows with Phamaly Theatre Company in years past. Cindy brings her love for the stage to our STARS through her Page to Stage, Improv, Rhythm and singing classes.

Pete Galligan
Program Teacher

Pete Galligan brings his love for adventure to our STARS through his Photography, Adventure, Zoology and Sports Talk classes. Pete has been married to his high school sweetheart for 24 years. They have two daughters and two Chiwenies, Nemo and Colby. Pete loves the Dallas Cowboys, chocolate and taking photos everywhere he goes!
