The online program has been focused on supporting participants in their skill development! In Bites and Basics, members of the online program build life skills through fun, food-focused activities. Each class explores kitchen vocabulary, recipe reading, safety tips, and games designed to promote independence and confidence in daily living. Each month the participants choose a recipe to practice the skills they’ve learned by following and preparing the recipe together from the comfort of their own space.
