Wellspring’s residential services support adults with I/DD in living independently. Through our Independent Living Program, individuals receive personalized support to develop daily living skills and build confidence. Services include ongoing assistance with transportation to appointments and errands, access to 24/7 care, and community building events. With more than 20,000 adults with I/DD in Colorado living with aging caregivers, our program helps address the critical need for long-term housing solutions ensuring people with I/DD have the opportunity to live affordably, safely, and inclusively.
Individual Residential Services & Supports (IRSS, DD Waiver)
Wellspring provides individualized services and support to residents of Unity on Park that focus on skill-building and daily living to promote their habilitation and greater independence.
Mentorship (SLS Waiver)
Wellspring provides services that promote self-advocacy for residents at Unity on Park by providing instruction, guidance, and meaningful experiences at weekly community social events.
Personal Care (SLS Waiver/Community First Choice)
Wellspring provides services to Unity on Park residents that support an individual's physical, maintenance, and supportive needs through supervision and/or cueing.
Homemaker (SLS Waiver/Community First Choice)
Wellspring provides services and support to residents at Unity on Park that help individuals maintain a healthy and safe home environment and promote their independence in cleaning, laundry, and household care.
Unity on Park
Unity on Park provides affordable studio and one-bedroom rental options in an inclusive community that welcomes residents with and without disabilities. Designed to support independence and connection, this housing option promotes belonging, accessibility, and opportunity for people of all abilities to thrive together.
Unity on Wolfensberger
Unity on Wolfensberger will offer for-sale condominiums centrally located in Castle Rock. This integrated and inclusive community will create an exciting opportunity for adults with I/DD to experience the pride of homeownership and the convenience of Castle Rock and Day Program right outside their door.
