CR Collective Volunteer

We’re committed to providing person-centered support to adults with I/DD through enriching day programs and meaningful work opportunities. Our incredible community of volunteers plays a vital role in making this possible—offering extra support to participants and staff and helping bring experiences to life.
Whether you have a few hours or a whole day to give, there are many ways to get involved! All volunteer roles are guided and supervised by our dedicated team to ensure a positive and impactful experience for everyone.

Volunteer opportunities are generally available during program hours—Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and on Saturdays at Castle Rock Collective. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old, complete a background check, and participate in a training before getting started.
