The Castle Rock Collective is a unique collaboration between Wellspring Community and World Orphans, with missions of empowerment. Home to Wellspring Coffee, the Collective offers employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in an adaptive café setting. Guests are welcomed by our talented baristas and guided through an inclusive ordering process using a sticker, clipboard, and pen to select their drink. The Collective also features a marketplace with baked goods and art by members of the Art Studio, Bakery, and Print Shop Cooperative, and handmade items from artisans in Guatemala and Ethiopia, supported by World Orphans. By reshaping how we order a cup of coffee, people of all abilities can experience meaningful opportunities.
