After years of dreaming and planning, Wellspring Community is officially home.
Our new facility is already creating new opportunities across our programs. Members of our program are learning and refining practical life skills in our dedicated classroom with the opportunity to cook healthy meals, do laundry, and more. The Art Studio and Print Shop Cooperatives have space to create new product lines and have already started with sugar scrubs and refinishing furniture. The Residential Program is welcoming new residents who are experiencing supported independence in their new homes.

Now, we’re excited to open our doors and celebrate with the community that helped make it possible.
We hope you’ll join us as we celebrate the future we’re building together at our Grand Opening. It will feature a brief program, ribbon cutting, self-guided tours of our space, a market featuring cooperative products including the bakery, art studio, and Wellspring Coffee Cart coffee available for purchase, and complimentary Howdy Homemade Ice cream. Please RSVP to let us know you’re coming.
Everyone longs for a place to belong; a place to call home, where people know our name, our favorite pastime, and even how we take our coffee. For many in our community, Wellspring has become that place.
Some are known at the Castle Rock Collective, where our baristas know exactly how to make their favorite drink. Others have found belonging through our incredible volunteer team, showing up each week to support photography classes, art programs, and meaningful connection.
Now, Wellspring has a home of our own; a space where we can continue fostering the belonging, purpose, and community every person deserves. Our new home is more than just a building; it’s a place where adults with I/DD can grow, connect, and thrive through quality programming and authentic relationships.
We can’t wait to welcome you in for a visit and experience it for yourself
New Program Opportunity
Wellspring Weekends
Wellspring Weekends is an exciting eight-week series designed to help participants explore interests, build skills, and connect with others in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will choose one class for each of two four-week sessions and attend that class once a week.
Classes are held Saturdays from 9:00–10:30 a.m. and offer a consistent opportunity for learning, friendship, and growth throughout the summer. The cost is $500 for the full eight-week program ($250 for a 4-week session)
We can’t wait to launch this new opportunity and welcome participants for a summer filled with connection, discovery, and fun.
You do not need currently be enrolled to register!
Each month, members of our program are nominated for an award recognizing their hard work, kindness, and participation at Wellspring.
Carly is always the first to help someone in need. Her generous spirit and gratitude for others at Wellspring community make her a wonderful example of kindness!
Josh exudes kindness, humor and always creates a welcoming atmosphere. He makes a remarkable presence in the Wellspring Community!
In 2025, we began bringing an ambitious dream to life, the new home for our programs alongside a $12 million Comprehensive Campaign that is making it possible.
Thanks for the generosity of early supporters, $7.3 million has been committed towards our goal.
Now that we’re here, we’re focused on what comes next: expanding our programs to better serve our community. A generous donor has issued a $25,000 challenge gift, inviting our community to come together and raise an additional $25,000 to help keep the momentum going.
We’d be grateful for your support in meeting this challenge with a gift today.
Volunteer
We are looking for volunteers to support during lunch times, in many cooperative classes including Dog Bones, Bakery, and Art Studio, and in community based classes.. Please allow about two weeks for order processing.
