Our talented baristas serve handcrafted beverages ranging from espresso drinks and lattes to hot chocolate, teas, and seasonal specialties, available hot or iced. Guests can also enjoy delicious baked goods prepared by The Cooperative Bakery in partnership with Wellspring Community. Need coffee for a larger event? We offer customized packages designed for conferences, company celebrations, fundraisers, weddings, churches, schools, and community events. 

Every event is unique, and we are happy to tailor our service to meet your needs. We can create a personalized drink menu, adjust service hours, and accommodate events of various sizes. 

100 Guest Package

How many drinks can the Wellspring Coffee Cart serve?

Our standard packages serve up to 30-60 handcrafted beverages per hour. We can also accommodate larger events with customized packages for 100, 200, 300, or more guests. 

Absolutely! We can create a personalized drink menu featuring seasonal beverages, specialty flavors, and signature drinks tailored to your event. 

Yes! We offer a full point-of-sale option where guests can order from our complete beverage and bakery menu during your event. 

The coffee cart requires: 

  • Two grounded electrical outlets
  • Access to water
  • A place to dispose of wastewater
  • Enough space to safely set up the coffee cart

Yes! We can operate both indoors and outdoors, provided the location has access to the required utilities and a safe setup area.
